What sparks joy for you?

What brings you the most joy in life? If this question leaves you feeling lost or unsure then I'd guess that you're probably feeling lost and unhappy too. 



If we don't know the source of our joy, how can we possibly fill our cup? Our lives are full and complicated and there's often an unexpected drama that seems to derail us. And unless we know how to fill our own cup and make it a practice that we do every day or at least every week, we have no way to weather the storms of life and we end up feeling beat up and defeated by it.



So this week I challenge you to make a list of the things that spark joy for you. Maybe it's time spent with a friend chatting or an early morning walk with your dog. Maybe it's your weekly yoga class or your morning yoga practice that sparks joy for you ( I'm putting up my hand for this one.) Maybe it's getting out in nature or playing your guitar.



Whatever you identify as the joy bringers in your life, commit to doing them regularly. The fuller your cup, the more joy you can scatter in the world.
