SERVICES
I offer the following readings all of which can be done in person or online via zoom or phone call.
(Soul Realignment® Reading, Relationship Reading and Property Clearing services are based on the Soul Realignment® modality and use the Akashic Records and occasionally the client's Higher Self to access information about the souls and to perform clearing work. Janine is a certified Soul Realignment® advanced practitioner and has been doing Akashic readings professionally since 2020.
These services require substantial preparation time and therefore must be booked and paid for in advance.
This service is a good place to start your journey with the Akashic Records. We will sit together to access your records and you will be given the opportunity to hear guidance from your team of light and you will have time to ask questions from your team of Guides in the Records.
Your Masters, Teachers and Loved Ones are our guides in the Akashic Records. The Masters and Teachers are beings with a very high or pure vibrational energy. The Loved Ones are our ancestors. Together they make up your team of guides.
I communicate and consult with them to gain insight and healing using the questions that you bring to our meeting as a starting point. As your reading progresses please feel free to ask more questions or for clarification as you need it. This will help to deepen the experience for you.
During your session we will work on shifting energy by revealing and eliminating the roots of an issue or challenge you're experiencing so that you can achieve healing on all levels and create harmony in your life.
You will come away with practical steps to implement in order to continue the healing process and to help you make choices that are supportive in making the change you’re seeking.
Please do not consume any alcohol or recreational drugs for 24 hours prior to your consultation.
Soul Realignment® goes much deeper into your records to uncover very specific information about your Soul and the blocks and restrictions that may be hindering you from living an abundant and contented life.
You will find out who you are at Soul Level and how you can best learn to express this in order to manifest the life of your dreams!
This service includes 4 - 6 hours of research in your records before we meet. I present the things I've uncovered to you later. It gives you a lot of information about present and past life issues that you might be experiencing.
You set an intention for the reading however I won't answer specific questions. The information that comes up is integral to who you are and how you can best show up in this life in your fullness. The blocks and restrictions that are uncovered are very particular and are both present and past life issues. The blocks and restrictions that are revealed will be the ones that you are ready to clear.
As well as the work of researching this information I also will do detailed energy healing and clearing work to release the blockages that have been revealed. Part of the reading is also homework for you to do that helps to cement this clearing work giving you an opportunity to move forward free of the thoughts and behaviours that have been holding you back from stepping into your full self.

The Relationship Reading can be done for a couple (dating, engaged, married, etc.), a parent and child (or another family relation), two friends, or even business partners! It's a wonderful way to understand each other on a deeper level, discover what the relationship teaches each person, and even gain insight into relationship dynamics caused by the past lives you two spent together.
What we'll cover:
• Who each of you is on a soul level and some important differences between you two that may affect relationship dynamics.
You will understand each other's gifts, needs, and quirks and learn to appreciate each other on a different level. Are you a person who needs lots of space and independence while your partner always insists on making decisions together and wants to be around you all the time? Are you two always fighting about what "common sense" means or how much love is "enough"?
• The shared past-life history between the two souls. Are you meeting for the first time or have you spent many lifetimes together? Were you friends, family members, or lovers before? Does one of you always feel like the caretaker because he/she has always incarnated as the other person's parent in the past? Does your child act like an equal because she's always been your friend or even your parent in the past? :)
• What life lessons this relationship is designed to help you learn. You may find that you're constantly being tested on acceptance or forgiveness or assertiveness in your relationship - this may be exactly why your soul chose this partner or friend! Now you can thank them for helping you master your lessons.
• Soul contracts that you have with each other. Eg Did one of you promise to protect or heal the other back in the 15th century and is still trying to do that to this day?
• Negative karmic patterns and blocks from this or another life that are affecting you and your partner in this relationship.
Those may explain why you two keep facing the same contentious situations, for instance: why one of you always feels like the victim, or why your partner keeps pushing your buttons.
• We will clear those blocks so that you can move beyond the unwanted patterns, and often improve your connection.
The participation of both persons is not required for this reading (although it's so much fun when both are present!)
However, we do use the following ethical rules when deciding whether it's OK to access the other person's Akashic Record when they're not participating in the session:
• Unlimited access is allowed for a dependent child, a committed partner who lives with you, or any person who freely gives you permission to access their Akashic Record.
• Limited basic access is allowed for immediate family: parents, siblings, children.
• In all other cases (ex-spouse, girlfriend/boyfriend that doesn't live with you, friend whose permission you can't ask for, coworker unaware of this reading), without the other person's knowledge and permission, we cannot ethically access any information specific to that person/soul. However, we can still do a reading, and it will focus on your side of the relationship, your lessons, plus the shared soul history.

Properties can carry an energy or vibration that is out of alignment with the owners. There can be a variety of reasons for this which can be uncovered through a property reading. You must be the owner of the property in question or be legally responsible for it to be able to book this service.
Ultimately by conducting a property reading and clearing, we remove any unwanted energies and realign the energy to make it a more agreeable and relaxing space for those inhabiting it. Consider it to be the next step up after saging/smudging, this process uses the Akashic Records to identify what is currently affecting the property before going ahead and clearing it.
I work in the records before we meet to uncover information about the property. I'll look into details of past land assignment, energetic portal-ways and gateways that may be open and earthbound souls that may be attached to the property. I also do clearing work in the Records.
When we meet I present the findings which usually takes 30 minutes. You will discover what was found in your property, and how it may have been affecting the inhabitants. For example, if the land was previously used for religious purposes or if a battle took place there, the land may continue to carry that energy.
